I received a letter yesterday from SSE with a new date for the delayed electrical work planned in and around the village.
Wednesday 23rd January, 9am – 4pm
I suspect the electricity outage will affect most of the village as the letter stated that the work involved the replacement of a pole within the village and the upgrade of a transformer at Orwell House.
